Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 RETURN POLICY FOR REGULAR PRICED ITEM

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. Return or exchange only in the case of faulty or damaged items (“Defective Merchandise”) while exchange on sizes within 14 days of receipt of merchandise is also acceptable . Merchandise damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective.  Please email us at onlineshop@oriental-hs.com.hk as soon as you discovered any defective items.

 It is essential that the products to be exchanged are in perfect & sellable  condition, without any obvious signs of use; if not, no exchange may be made.“Sellable Condition” means that the Merchandise is still in its original packaging ; that the Merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold ; and that the Merchandise is not damaged in any way.

The decision as to whether the Merchandise is in Sellable Condition remains within JP'8’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final.

 If JP'8 receives a return or exchange that cannot be accepted or approved , the customer has  to have the Merchandise re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.

All item exchange can only be done once.

  REPEATED RETURNS

We do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

 RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Customers should contact JP'8 in respect of any Defective Merchandise immediately by emailing the Customer Care team at onlineshop@oriental-hs.com.hk. Shipping, tax and duties’ costs on the Defective Merchandise will not be charged. JP'8 reserves the right to request photographic support regarding Defective Merchandise before authorizing a return. 

Refunds for the original purchase amount of the Defective Merchandise will be credited back to the credit card used by the customer to purchase the Defective Merchandise. Cash refunds are not available.

 All successfully  returned items will only credited to the account used originally to purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or original charges incurred and will be refunded in HKD – the currency in which you paid when you bought the item(s).

Initial shipping, taxes and duties will not be refunded . Merchandise purchased with a Gift Card will not be refunded or exchanged.

Any free promotional gift issued with the returned Merchandise must also be returned.
